NYACK, N.Y., July 24, 2007 - Vemics, Inc. (OTCPK: VMCI) a leading provider of Certified Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs in its joint venture with EP LiveOnline, began delivering the first of six U.S. Army programs with its partner EP Global Communications, Inc., parent company of the renowned publication Exceptional Parent magazine.
The first program was delivered on July 9 at the Military Child Education Coalition(TM) (MCEC(TM)) Conference during Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Managers Training, in Kansas City, Missouri. This first program focused on Respite Care and was an overwhelming success. The video streamed version of this program can be viewed and downloaded by going to the EP Web site at http://www.eparent.com.
This is the first in a series of six educational programs that will be delivered as part of an $800,000 U.S. Army Cooperative Agreement Contract. These programs focus on chronic disabilities and are specifically targeted to children and adults in military families that require special medical assistance.
"We are proud to be part of this worthwhile endeavor," said Vemics CEO Fred Zolla. "Our partnership with EP Global Communications continues to involve us in programs that more than make a difference to so many people. Joe Valenzano, CEO of EP Global Communications, really understands the special needs and disabilities community and we are extremely proud to be associated with him and his organization."
Additional programs are scheduled for September, October, and November. September's two-part seminar will focus on Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD), October's two-part seminar will spotlight the Spectrum of Autistic Disorders, and November's offering will deal with Asthma and Airway Clearance. All of the upcoming programs will be broadcasted live to eight Army medical facilities throughout the world except for the respite care program which will be video streamed, and can be downloaded by going to the EP Web site at http://www.eparent.com. Discussions have already begun to expand these programs next year in terms of frequency and distribution throughout all branches of the military.
EP prides itself on offering top professionals for its seminars, and consistently receives positive feedback regarding its presentations. Some responses to the Respite Care seminar follow:
"One of the very best presentations of the conference. The presentation was true. They were dynamic, very personal, and educational. They provided true home experience, showed a very strong partnership. Very impressive. A very good balance of family and law. Dynamic on training for special needs," said Laurie McCauley, Installation EFMP Manager, Fort Riley, Kansas.

■ At the forefront of delivering software-based solutions as a service for education and collaboration since inception in 2001
■ Either own outright or own the rights to our core technology platforms and can freely develop customer centric solutions or provide them off-the-shelf
■ Several provisional and process patients pending
■ Customer-centric focus on experience and speed to value
■ Focused on real-time human interactivity: Instructors play a live role in the learning experience and our productivity solutions all enable face-to-face team interaction
■ Strong expertise in video / voice / data and educational technologies

■ We are tightly focused on the delivery of collaborative information and education solutions opposite competitors focused on business process solutions such as ERP, HR and CRM
■ Vemics can compete where "they" don't:
- Leverage category awareness funded by early incumbents and 800 pound gorillas
- Use an early lead in standards-based multi-point video as a key differentiator
- Attack small to middle size organizations avoiding large players
- Lead with content and sought after productivity tools to peel off a substantial sub-set of the market whose specific needs are not met by the incumbents
■ The market is already buying Vemics solutions
■ Professional portal solutions will follow consumer portal success and stimulate viral membership growth creating additional and expanding markets for Vemics
■ Exclusive partnership agreements with leading content providers and subject matter experts internationally
■ Unlike competitors, Vemics utilizes all available real-time technologies. By combining these in innovative customer centric products and services, they provide customers the solutions they want now — eliminating the need for them to purchase point products that only solve part of the problem or may become obsolete or incompatible with future products
■ Provide "deep customer and technical support" forming a partnership with Vemics' clients and opportunities beyond one-time-sales
■ As Vemics builds new products or combines products for specific solutions, trademarks, copyrights, provisional and process patients are filed to protect the intellectual property
■ No competitor currently delivers comprehensive customer centric solutions that feature the delivery of live fully interactive programming. None provide marketing or student acquisition services and none provide the breadth of technologies that can be applied to a totally integrated customer solution
