FAQ Regarding the Direct Mailers:

1. What is the nature/source/demographic of the list you mail to?

Our data base consists of all households throughout the US and the distribution is selected based on various criteria we input. Our available search options range from people who have previously invested in small cap stocks to individuals with pickup trucks that have gun racks in them. It strongly depends on the individual Company's products and/or services. In other words, the Company's audience. We create a "profile" for each company, specific to their needs. We input criteria such as, individuals who have previously invested in small cap stocks, have previously paid to belong to a stock subscription/newsletter site, individuals who have online trading accounts, brokers and then we also target based on individual income as compared to the average income for a particular area, as well as, the amount of disposable income the individuals have. Then, if the company has a particular product they sell, we can co target that product with potential investors/consumer. So it's very targeted.

2. Are the mailers sent bulk mail to actual addresses (or current residents)?

Bulk mail, targeted by sub zips within a particular zip code and based on criteria detailed in Question 1 above.

3. What is an estimate for sales copywriting and layout?

Our fees include the cost of the paper, layout and graphics, printing as well as the complete distribution.

4. Are there any additional costs such as purchasing images from stock houses etc?

No, those costs are already built in to the price per piece that we charge.

5. What is the "time line" from payment/deposit and the actual delivery time?

The time line depends on length of time it takes the Company to get proofs back to us for revisions. Also if its 4, 8 or 12 page piece. Typical deliver is 2 weeks for a 4 pager and approximately 3 weeks for the 8 and 12 page mailers.

6. What proof is provided that 1 million or the agreed upon amount are actually mailed?

We are linked directly to the USPS and at the end of the distribution, we receive uploads from the USPS verifying the distribution. Those reports are then available to our clients. Those reports indicate precisely how many pieces were supposed to go into a particular area and then how many actually went into the area.

Since we are linked directly to the post office, sometimes the distribution may vary slightly. We, at our own expense, run a 20% overrun. That overrun is then spread out and distributed to the various sub stations for delivery. So, in no case should you ever have less than the amount contracted for being delivered. In most cases, we ultimately end up delivering more than what was contracted for.
 

We also house a database that is targeted ONLY for investors who expressed interest in receiving direct mails regarding company profiles. It is GEO-TARGETED by city, state, and zip code.  If you need a campaign in one particular state, that can also be accomplished.
