Announces the Opening of Two New Stores by Puerto Rico 7, Inc.

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL - July 30, 2007 - Prime Time Group, Inc. (OTCPK: PRTH) is pleased to announce that Puerto Rico 7, Inc. has opened two new stores. The stores are recorded as Pinero II and Borinquen Towers. Both locations were researched demographically to deliver above average sales due to high traffic streets and communities directly surrounding the stores. The Management team believes that the stores will each quickly reach an annualized run rate of 1.2 Million dollars of sales.


Johnny Ray Arnold, chairman of Prime Time Group, stated, "Here we go! The expansion is underway. These two stores will represent a 10% revenue growth in 2007 alone. However, they are working on the next two convenient stores already, which will open in a couple of months. We have every reason to believe that the Puerto Rico operation will deliver very positive growth and profitability this year and in the years to come."

PR7, Inc. operates 14 7-Eleven convenience stores in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Prime Time continues to maintain its interest in PR7, Inc. Armando Del Valle was appointed president in late June, 2006 and was chartered to maximize profitability and position the company for expansion. The profitability goals are about to be reached in December 2006 and the company has identified three locations for expansion in early 2007. By the end of 2007 the company hopes to conclude the first phase of expansion and intends to have the excess of 25 stores.


As an example, The Charoen Pokphand Group of Thailand acquired the 7-Eleven license in 1989. They have grown dramatically to over 2,765 stores. Today, more than 2 million customers shop every day in their stores, generating over US$985 million in annual sales.


The Puerto Rican economy is vibrant. All sectors of the economy have experienced explosive growth over the last few years and show no signs of slowing. There are approximately 4 million people on the island with nearly 1,700,000 in the greater San Juan area. This equates to 1,000 people per square mile. The population continues to increase as more of the island develops. 7-Eleven is highly under represented in Puerto Rico while at the same time experiencing increased brand recognition and customer satisfaction.
