MJD FILMS SIGNS WITH SMS TEXT MEDIA TO CREATE AND PROMOTE THE TEXT MESSAGING CAMPAIGNS FOR PAMELA ANDERSON'S NEW MOVIE "BLONDE AND BLONDER"






CORAL SPRINGS, FL - May 17, 2007 - MJD Films, a subsidiary of Global Realty Development Corporation, (OTCBB: GRLY) today announced the execution of an agreement to create and promote the text messaging campaigns for the new movie "Blonde and Blonder", starring Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards.

Under the terms of the Agreement, MJD Films and SMS Text Media will launch the "Text Your Way to Stardom - Red Carpet" campaign as a two continent campaign with the lucky winners flying to and attending the world premier with Pamela Anderson and the cast. This will be a worldwide text messaging campaign in conjunction with MJD's recently announced joint venture partners DIMOCO and MOWIS from Austria. The campaign will also be featured on the official website, www.pamelaanderson.com, which cur- rently has over 6,000,000 unique monthly visitors.

The text messages are premium text messages for $.99 each in the U.S. and 1 1/2 Euros each outside of the U.S. Therefore, both MJD Films and the Producers of Blonde and Blonder will financially benefit on a per text message basis.

Roy Sciacca, President of MJD stated, "We are pleased to have signed "Blonde and Blonder" and we believe that our Pamela Anderson campaign may become the biggest opt-in text message event in history to date. We hope that MJD and our joint venture partners, DIMOCO and MOWIS will create millions of dollars worth of publicity for the film. We give the production company the ability to earn money while gaining exposure for their film without spending a dime. This will also enhance their merchandising for the film. The exposure, that the film will have prior to release, we hope will create quite a buzz in the industry."

SMS Text Media has filed a Patent specific to the film industry when it uses trailers in conjunction with text messaging campaigns.
